I can’t believe we are at the 1 year old mark already.

Jake turned one today. It really does flood back memories of all that has taken place over the last 21 months. The pregnancy, the birth and then the last 12 months of learning to be a parent, experiencing being a family and everyday growing closer and closer to this new person in your life.

He is growing so quick – When you look at the photos of his birthday notice how he has changed compared to the photos from September, from a baby into a toddler.
