It’s been so long since my last post and so much has happened. I’ll start with Anne-Marie’s completion of her personal training course.
We went to the graduation party last week where Anne-Marie was called onto stage to receive an award and we had some time to catchup with all her old class mates.
Congrats babes ! Well done. We now need to start working on a winter program for me - I have about 10Kg’s to loose.
