Broken ? :-(

Yeah I know, can you believe that at 35 I am still getting myself into these situations. Luckily  technology has come a long way since I was in one of these casts last time. I now have one of these brand new state of the art fibre glass casts that is water resistant and it makes life a lot easier. I will have to take it a bit easier on the mountain bike next time :-)
